Sandy Heiden joined Silverado Senior Living-Kingwood in April of 2000. She came to Silverado with over 15 years experience in the culinary field. First working for the Channel View School District, she then moved to Arizona, where she changed her field of operation to Assisted Living. She moved back to Texas in 2000, and felt such a love for the seniors that she knew she wanted to stay working with in the assisted living field.
Sandy enjoys visiting with the residents and family and finding out what their favorite dishes are that they made at home. She loves the friendly family atmosphere that the community offers. There is not a day goes by that Sandy does not feel the love at Silverado Kingwood.
Sandy has been married to Bill for over 47 years. They have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. In her spare time she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time at family functions. Sandy also enjoys partaking in arts and crafts, reading, baking, and taking care of her 3 birds, 2 dogs and 1 kitten.
