Elizabeth Montana came to Silverado with more than 15 years of experience in assisted living.
"I'm dedicated to giving life to our residents and providing the best care possible."
Liz has worked at Assisted Living Communities as a general manager and executive director. In 2004, Liz was appointed to the advisory board for LifeSpan Geriatrics Addiction Program. From 1999-2001, she was a vice president on the board of
directors for the Greater Rochester Association of Professionals for the Elderly.

Beth joined Silverado Senior Living - The Woodlands, in the spring of 2007. She brings with her twenty years of experience in long term care. Over the years Beth has discovered that she has a special love and devotion for the care of those with dementia.
As The Director of Health Services, Beth manages all aspects of nursing care, and the team of Licensed Nurses and Caregivers that are specially trained to meet the physical and emotional needs of those entrusted to their care. Beth is very excited to be given this opportunity to become a member of Silverado Senior Living, and believes strongly in the philosophy and values that this company exhibits. She loves working with seniors, and looks forward to getting to personally know each resident and their loved ones.
Beth lives on beautiful Lake Conroe with her family, and enjoys the many amenities that lake living has to offer. She moved to Texas from the east coast in the fall of 2005 to be closer to her family, which over the years has migrated to this area.

Michelle earned her BSW at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. She earned her MSSW at University of Texas at Arlington. She has more than 12 years of Social Work experience in both the mental health and health field settings.
Michelle Will began her career with Silverado in August 2005 as the Director of Resident & Family Services of both The Woodlands and Kingwood communities. Michelle enjoys spending time with the spouses and families, by providing education and support groups. She feels honored to hear all the wonderful stories our residents have to share. Michelle resides in The Woodlands with her three children and dog “Dottie”.

Pamela Jones has been employed with Silverado Senior Living since November 19, 2002. She has more than 15 years of experience in Food Service. She is passionate about food quality and is always willing to try fresh ideas. Pam gives LIFE to Silverado residents through food, as well her love for them.
Pam began as a tray-aide at Silverado Senior Living and worked her way up to Culinary Director. Her knowledge about food and presentation is remarkable. She also expands into The Woodlands Community catering for presentations and seminars given by Silverado Senior Living The Woodlands. She loves interacting with the residents on a daily basis.
